If you are not satisfied with Gatey for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email hello@oovelo.com with your order number (from the Paddle purchase email). We will process your refund within 3 business days.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days).
Gatey offers a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. We encourage you to try the App before purchasing.
